For Open Garden Squares Weekend on Sunday 14th June, The Trinity Resident's Association offered free yoga classes beside the church which I had the pleasure of teaching. There were three classes which local residents attended along with some of my regular students.
It was enchanting to see Sally, Polly and Harriet's children meet and play and yoga together. They all came to my classes when they were pregnant. Alas I wish we'd posed for a yoga family portrait...
On approaching Trinity Church, The Shard was enveloped with mist and shorter than the steeple. Gladly the skies lightened while we practiced yoga.
